At Nothing Silly, we strive to deliver high-quality, fresh products every time. Due to the perishable nature of our items, we have a no return, no replacement policy, except in specific cases:

  1. Eligibility for Replacement
    • If items arrive damaged during transit.
    • If an incorrect item is delivered.

We take great care to ensure that orders are packaged securely and arrive in excellent condition. Please check your order upon delivery, and if you notice any issues, reach out to us at support@nothingsilly.ae within 48 hours.

  1. How to Submit a Claim

    • To begin a claim, please provide a brief description and include photos of the item(s).
    • We will review your request and respond promptly with the outcome.
  2. Processing Time for Approved Claims

    • If your request is approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 1-2 business days.

Note: Nothing Silly reserves the right to limit or deny refunds and replacements at our discretion.
